SPA ayualam has implemented the following COVID-19 protocols to ensure safe and truly relaxing space for you.

RECEPTION

• Guests will be required to undergo thermal screenings and must complete a mandatory health questionnaire upon arrival.
• Spa receptionists are required to wear a face mask.
• A UV sterilizer has been installed at the reception desk to sterilize check-in items, such as pens.

TREATMENT

• Therapists are required to wear a face mask.
• Therapists are required to wash their hands with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to treatment.
• Massage bed, head rest, counter top, doorknob and light switch are sanitized after each use.
• Herb Tent is not provided until further notice.
  If you have a package including Herb Tent, you may change it to any body service (body pack, foot massage, head massage etc.) at no additional fee.

OTHERS

• Hand sanitizers are equipped at the entrance/exit, reception and treatment rooms.
• Retail products are covered by plastic.
• All linens are professionally laundered.
• Rest rooms are cleaned regularly.
• Staff area is also cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• All employees are also screened by taking temperature before shift.

For the safety of our guests, please be informed of the followings.
1. All those who are 16 weeks into their pregnancy or less are unable to be given any type of treatment.
2. We provide 60min Maternity Care, RECOPRO Facial (Signature) and 50min Cream Bath for those who are 17 weeks or more into their pregnancy.
3. Please notify us about your pregnancy in advance before reservation is confirmed.

Spa guests are required to be 16 years and over to receive treatment or utilize spa.

Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment time.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to or after any spa treatment.

We recommend that you do not wear jewelries in the spa. The management and staff will not accept responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into Spa premises.

If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical problems, we recommend that you consult with your physician before signing up for any Spa services. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions that you may have.
