Travel agent shall advertise Skydive’s eligibility policy together with all promotional materials and shall ensure that each skydiver is aware of and meets Skydive’s eligibility policy at the time of that customer’s scheduled skydive.

Every customer of Skydive shall:

• Be 18 or older or 65 or younger.
• Provide a copy of a valid passport which legibly displays the customer’s name, city and country of origin, and date of birth.
• Weigh less than 100 kg (220 lbs.).
• Not be under the influence of drugs, including prescription drugs, alcohol, or any other substance that might interfere with perception or reaction time.
• Not have gone scuba diving during the 24 hours period immediately preceding the skydive.
• Not be pregnant.
• Not have any health problems that would otherwise interfere with physical performance of the skydive.
• Not subjected to movement restrictions from doctor.
• Skydive will cooperate with infection prevention measures for simultaneous epidemics such as the new coronavirus and seasonal influenza. For example, we may check guests’ body temperature and/or ask guests to wear face masks upon pickup/check-in at the hotel. If you have a fever or other symptoms of the new coronavirus or do not cooperate with the procedures, we may refuse your right to participate in the tour.

Travel agent shall provide each prospective Skydive customer a copy of this cancellation policy, translated into that prospective customer’s first language, prior to receiving any payment from that prospective customer.

Skydive’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• If a skydive is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the time scheduled for the skydive, Skydive will keep 100% of the full basic jump fee of $299.00. (Office hours are from 7:00am to18:00pm daily Guam time).
• If a scheduled skydive is cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours prior to the time schedule for the skydive, Skydive will keep 50% of the full basic jump fee or $149.50. (Office hours are from 7:00am to18:00pm daily Guam time).
• If Skydive cancels due to weather or other operations, Customer will be issued a full refund. (Skydie Guam will contact customer or Agent.)
• If a customer is sick or injured, Skydive may waive the cancellation fee upon proof, satisfactory to Skydive, of that customer’s sickness or injury.
• With respect to all cancellations, If Skydiving has cancelled due to the weather, Skydive will refund Basic Jump fee, including extra height fees.
