Livia Marati, founder of Ina Wellness Collective, is a 200-Hour RYT through Yoga Alliance. She teaches a blend of hatha and vinyasa style yoga fusing together meditation, breathwork and mindful movement. Her goal is to support students at all levels reconnect with their bodies and breath while finding balance. She received her 200-hour certification through Zuna Yoga in Bali. Additional certifications include: Kids Yoga, Yoga & Lunar Cycles, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Sound Healing and currently getting certified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
