Our 1:1 intensive program builds momentum over a 6-week period through a mix of practical lifestyle suggestions and consistent accountability.
WEEK 1: NOURISH YOUR BODY
In week 1, we’ll introduce our guiding nourishment principles and examine your relationship with food. In this session, you’ll learn the basics of designing a balanced meal, and walk away with a custom plan to use for grocery shopping and meal planning.
WEEK 2: MOVEMENT REBOOT
Let’s get moving! In week 2, we’ll create your physical activity profile and explore motivation and common challenges when rebooting an exercise routine. We’ll also design an ongoing accountability plan to help get your movement goals in motion.
WEEK 3: INTENTIONAL HABITS
In week 3, we’ll focus on lifestyle design starting with your morning and evening routines We’ll discuss the psychology behind habits, practical ways to kick start habits and ways to optimize your spaces to support a more intentional life.
WEEK 4: CYCLICAL LIVING
In week 4, we’ll explore the role of rituals that revolve around our the seasons, our cycle and the moon phases. We’ll dive into simple and practical ways to build self-reflection practices into everyday life.
WEEK 6: BUILDING MOMENTUM
We’ll close the program with a private in-person session to celebrate wins and discuss ways to keep the momentum and motivation going after the program.

Enrollment for our 6-Week Reset opens once a year in the spring. Enrollment is now open and the program begins the week of 3/20! As a first step, fill out the application.
Once we receive your application, we’ll setup a 30-minute consultation with you to discuss your goals in depth, health history and go over any questions.
Once your spot is secured, we’ll send over a welcome guide and some pre-work to help you get prepared for the program.
As we get closer, we’ll set up all coaching sessions on the calendar, share your custom program tracker, and connect you with the group!
