Join us at USO Naval Base Guam, in partnership with Natasha Luckett and Michelle Ortiz, for this month’s Executive Homemaker Series featuring on November 7th starting at 930am for: Upcycling HalloThanksMas Decor! You will learn how to use common household items and items from nature to craft inexpensive Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas decor! Forget expensive decorations from the store and raid your very own recycling bin! All participants will take home handouts with ideas and a finished upcycled item that they create!

Start collecting these items to complete your Frugal Holiday Décor at home: Paper towel & toilet paper tubes; various jars (salsa, pickle, pasta sauce, & baby food); plastic containers (1 or 2 litter bottles w/caps, coffee, tide or gain pod containers); and pool noodles!
